摘　　要：近年来变态反应性鼻炎的发病率在全世界范围内逐渐升高,其严重影响患者的日常活动、工作效率、睡眠及精神状态等,逐渐得到众多学者的关注。近年来一些关于变态反应性鼻炎的分类、流行病学特征、发病机制及诊治等相关的观点、研究结果等陆续出现,本研究就其以上几个方面作一概述。In recent years the incidence of allergic rhinitis increased gradually all over the world. The allergic rhinitis impacts on the patient＇s daily activities, work efficiency, sleep and mental state are seriously,therefore, it get the attention of many scholars gradually. In recent years some viewpoints and research results appear in succession, which are about the classification of allergic rhinitis, epidemiology, pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment. This paper reviewed on the above several aspects.
