西格列汀联合甘精胰岛素治疗II型糖尿病0例临床观察

摘　　要：目的：观察西格列汀联合甘精胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病的疗效和安全性。方法：选取30例在本院治疗的2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象，随机分为观察组（西格列汀联合甘精胰岛素）15例，对照组（阿卡波糖联合甘精胰岛素）15例。治疗8周后比较两组疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果：观察组FBG、2hPG、HbAlc下降更显著，而且所需胰岛素用量更少，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组在不良反应方面比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05o结论：西格列汀联合甘精胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病，具有较好的疗效和安全性，值得临床推广。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Sitagliptin co-glargine treatment to type 2 diabetes. Method 30 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group（sitagliptin co- glargine） and control group{acarbose co-glargine）. After 8 weeks of treatment, compare to the two groups and the incidence of adverse reactions. Results The FBG;2hPG;HbAlc were decreased more significantly in treatment groups, and less the amount of insulin required（P〉0.05）. Conclusion It is better efficacy and safety way that sitagliptin co- glargine treatment to Woe 2 diabetes, and is worthy of promotion.
