海陆经济互动效应:对全国及三大海洋经济区的实证

摘　　要：对我国这样一个海陆兼备国家,海洋产业与陆域产业间的互动与协调,相互促进,意味整体经济空间更为开阔,更具动力,更有利于提高全要素生产率。进入21世纪以来,海洋经济成为全国及沿海地区经济的重要增长点,其与陆域经济的互动关系备受关注。利用全国及黄渤海、长三角和珠三角3个海洋经济区的数据,建立联立方程模型,在控制了劳动力、资本投入等变量的影响之后,计量分析发现:无论从全国层面还是从三大海洋经济区来看,研究期间海洋经济与陆域经济之间均已形成了显著的良性互动局面,海洋经济对陆域经济的绝对拉动效果更为明显。但是,期间海陆经济的投资驱动特征明显,尤其是海洋经济的全要素生产率不容乐观,有待大力提升。As a country with both large land and sea,the healthy interaction,coordination and mutual promotion between the marine industries and land area industries mean larger space and more power of the development of china＇s economy. And all this will help improve the TFP of the whole economy. Ocean economy has played a very important role in the growth of national economy and the coastal regional economy of China since 2000,and its interactive effect with the land area economy has caused heavy attention. Simultaneous equations models are constructed by controlling the influence of labor and capital input based on the national and three coastal areas＇ data of ocean economy to explore the interactive effect between them. And the results show that the status of mutual promotion of ocean economy and land area economy exists not only at the national level but also at the coastal areas and the promotion of ocean economy to land area economy is more obvious. However,during the period,both ocean economy and land area economy of China are characterized as the investment- driven growth,and the total factor productivities of both are necessary to improve vigorously.
