摘 要:目的探讨三维Volume NT软件测量胎儿颈项透明层(NT)厚度临床应用的可行性。方法分别采用高分辨率2 D、3 D Volume探头对204例孕11~13+6周胎儿的NT进行超声测量。将孕妇随机分为A和B 2组,A组由经验丰富的医师A进行测量,B组由经验欠丰富的医师B进行测量。观察2种测量方法的NT测量值的一致性和测量时间。结果 12 D NT与3D Volume NT间组内相关系数(ICC)为0.78,有较强的相关性,而超声测量经验丰富的医师A 2种NT测量值间的相关性较经验欠丰富的医师B更强,医师A所测量NT值的ICC为0.84,医师B测量的NT值的ICC为0.55;22 D NT的平均测量时间为(10.43±3.59)min,3 D Volume NT平均测量时间为(2.54±1.76)min,3 D Volume NT大大缩短了检查时间。结论 3 D Volume NT有很好的临床应用价值,可以大大缩短NT测量的时间。Objective To explore the feasibility of clinical application of three-dimensional (3D) Volume NT software in measur- ing fetal nuehal translucency (NT) . Methods High resolution two-dimensional (2D) and 3D Volume ultrasound probes were used to measure NT of 204 fetuses of 11-13^ +6weeks of gestation, respectively. The pregnant women were randomly divided into group A and group B, the eases in group A were measured by an experienced physician, while the cases in group B were measured by a less experienced physi- cian. The consistency and time of NT t of the two methods were observed. Results The intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) between 2D NT and 3D Volume NT was 0. 78, the correlation was relatively strong, especially in group A. ICC of NT in group A was 0. 84, while ICC of NT in group B was 0. 55. The average measurement time of 2D NT was ( 10. 43±3.59 ) minutes, while the average measurement time of 3D Volume NT was (2. 54±1.76) minutes, 3D Volume NT significantly shortened the examination time. Conclusion 3D Volume measurement of NT has a great clinical application value, which can significantly shorten the examination time.
