摘  要:污水源热泵技术具有良好的节能环保效益,但该技术的成功应用需要解决堵塞和污垢问题。目前,常用前置过滤技术和疏导式换热技术解决堵塞问题,采用除垢装置除去管壳式换热器中的污垢。介绍了刷式、反冲洗式两类前置过滤装置和宽流道式、疏导管式两种疏导式换热技术以及疏导管式换热技术的工程应用状况,比较了前置过滤技术和疏导式换热技术的优缺点,总结了管壳式换热器的几种除垢装置。指出了各种技术所存在的不足,并提出建议,为污水源热泵技术的发展与应用提供参考。Sewage- source heat pump technology has good energy saving and environmental protection benefits, but plugging and fouling problems need to be solved first. At present, pre filtering technology and unblocked heat exchange technology are commonly used to solve the plugging problem and descaling device to remove dirt in tube and shell heat exchanger. Two kinds of pre filtration ( brush type and back flush type) and two kinds of unblocked heat exchange technology (wide flow type and unblocked tube - type) as well as the engineering application of unblocked tube - type heat exchange technology are intro- duced. The advantages and disadvantages of the pre filtering technology and unblocked heat exchange technology are compared, and several kinds of descaling devices used in tube and shell heat exchanger are summarized. The shortages of existing techniques are pointed out, with some suggestions put forward and this may provide a reference for the development and application of sewage - source heat pump tech- nology.
