摘　　要：热镀锌彩涂板兼具有机涂层和热镀锌钢板的优异性能,广泛用于建筑、家电、交通运输等领域,但在服役过程中会不可避免地出现涂层失效和钢板腐蚀。综述了热镀锌彩涂板失效的种类及原因,归纳了提高热镀锌彩涂板耐蚀性能的相关措施,展望了热镀锌彩涂板的发展方向。Hot- dip galvanized color coated plates have the advantages of both organic layer and hot-dip galvanized steel sheet,which are widely used in construction,household appliances and transportation.This paper reviewed the research progress on the failure behavior of hot- dip galvanized color coated plate including failure kinds and reasons,and put forward some measurements to improve the anti- corrosion performance.Furthermore,the development direction of hot-dip galvanized steel sheet was prospected.
