摘　　要：目的:分析负压封闭引流技术(Vaccum sealing drainage,VSD)在软组织损伤应用中常见并发症的发生原因及处理措施,提高临床应用的安全性。方法:通过对2013年1月-2014年12月我院骨科收住的61例应用VSD技术进行治疗的患者进行回顾性分析,统计并发症的发生情况,分析对应的治疗措施。结果:本组61例患者,共行VSD手术141次,共19例发生并发症,发生率为31.15%,主要包括贫血、低蛋白血症、低钾血症等全身并发症和VSD覆盖不全、装置漏气、引流管堵塞、创面感染、创面出血等局部并发症,经积极处理后均达到良好治疗效果。结论:VSD技术并发症大多可以有效预防和控制,其发生可能与患者自身情况、术者操作水平及术后护理正确与否密切相关。Objective：To analysis the causes and treatment measures of vaccum sealing drainage complications.Methods：61patients with soft tissue defect treated by VSD were selected from January 2013 to December 2014.The complications post operations were investigated.Results：19patients had complications with an incidence rate high to 31.15%.About systemic complications,they mainly suffered anemia,hypoproteinemia and hypokalemia.About local complications,they underwent lack of dressing,steamLeakage,drainage tube blockage,wound infection,and bleeding.Conclusion：Complications associated with VSD technique could be prevented and controlled effectively.The causes of them may relate to the conditions of patients,the techniques of operators,and the nursing post operations.
