结果 Cho(a.u.) Objective To explore magnetic resonance single voxel magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) technology combined LC-Model to the absolute quantification of the metabolites in liver cirrhosis after chronic B hepatitisand, and to predict the probability of prognosis. Methods 11 healthy volunteers,17 patients stable after chronic B hepatitis (stable group) ,and 15 patients progress after chronic B hepatitis (progress group) underwent routine MRI and MRS scanning, and LC-Model spectrum software was used to quantificate Cho, Lip and Cho/Lip in three groups. Results Cho( a. u. ) values were 7.58±5.05,11.26 ±7.21,17.67 ±11.72 respectively. There were significant differences on Cho values in three groups. Lip(a. u. ) values were 625.32±694.12,329.28±412.57, 422.65 ± 471.45 respectively. There was no difference between stable group and progress group, but differences existed between stable group or progress group and control group. Cho/Lip value was no difference between stable group and progress group, but existed between stable group or progress group and control group. Conclusion Single voxel MRS technique combined LC-Model can analyze changes in metabolites after chronic B hepatitis. MRS has some predictions in liver cirrhosis after chronic B hepatitis transform to progress.
