摘　　要：目的 探讨CT血管造影术对成人胸廓内动脉解剖变异的显示。方法 分析500例不同性别成人胸廓内动脉血管造影图像，其中男和女各250例，分别测量两侧胸廓内动脉、肌膈动脉管腔内径，两侧胸廓内动脉长度及与胸骨缘间距，并观察胸廓内动脉解剖变异情况。结果 500例两侧胸廓内动脉、肌膈动脉均可清晰显示，其中108例发生解剖变异，变异率为21.6%（108/500）；不同性别、不同侧间变异率比较无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。两侧胸廓内动脉不同性别成人管腔内径比较差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。女性胸廓内动脉长度短于男性（P＜0.05）。两侧肌膈动脉不同性别成人管腔内径比较差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。与胸骨缘间距，不同性别成人间右侧距离比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05），左侧距离比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），男性距离胸骨边缘较女性稍远。结论 CT血管造影术可以观察测量不同性别成人胸廓内动脉解剖学数值，了解解剖变异情况，对指导手术治疗具有重要意义。Objective To evaluate the display of anatomy variation about adult internal thoracic artery with CT angiography. Methods To analyze the angiography images of internal thoracic arteries in 500 adults, including 250 males and 250 females. The lumen diameter of bilateral internal thoracic artery and musculophrenic artery, the length of bilateral internal thoracic artery and the distance to the margin of the sternum were measured. The anatomy variations of internal thoracic artery were observed. Results All of the bilateral internal thoracic arteries and musculophrenic arteries were clearly displayed. 108 cases had anatomical variations with the variation rate of 21.6% （108/500）. There were no statistical significance between different genders and sides （P〈0.05）. The lumen diameter of the internal thoracic artery had no significant difference between different genders （P〉0.05）. The female＇s internal thoracic artery was shorter than the male＇s （P〈0.05）. The lumen diameter of the bilateral musculophrenic arteries had no significant difference between different genders （P〉0.05）. For the distance to the sternum margin, the right side had no significant difference （P〉0.05）, but the left side had significant difference between different genders （P〈0.05）. The male＇s distance was slightly longer than the female＇s, Conclusion Through the spiral CT angiography to observe and measure the anatomic parameters and the variations of internal thoracic artery, has great significance for guiding surgical treatment.
