康复结合当归芍药散预防髋部手术后深静脉血栓的近期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨康复治疗结合当归芍药散预防髋部骨折合并无症状腔隙性脑梗患者手术后深静脉血栓的可行性。方法:将128例髋部骨折合并无症状腔隙性脑梗患者,随机分为康复一组44例,康复二组43例和对照组41例,康复一组采用康复加中药治疗,康复二组仅采用康复治疗,对照组术后使用低分子肝素抗凝;记录血栓发生率、术后引流量及出血事件,术后第2 d和第7 d测血清D-二聚体并进行比较。结果:康复一组血栓发生率2.3%,康复二组16.3%,对照组14.6%;康复一组和对照组D-二聚体明显下降(P<0.05),康复二组下降不明显(P>0.05)。结论:康复结合当归芍药散可以作为预防深静脉血栓的一种方法。Objective To apporoach the availability in preventing deep venous thrombosis（DVT） followinghip fracture surgery of lacunar infarction patients with rehabilitation therapy and Danggui Shaoyao Herbal Pow-der.MethodsOne hundred and 28 lacunar infarction patients treated with hip fracture surgery were dividedinto three groups randomly： rehabilitation 1 group（44 cases）, rehabilitation 2 group（43 cases） and control group（41 cases）. Rehabilitation 1 group was using rehabilitation therapy and Danggui Shaoyao Herbal Powder, rehabili-tation 2 group was using rehabilitation therapy, low-molecular-weight heparin calcium was used in controlgroup. The rate of thrombosis, amount of postoperative drainage and intraoperative bleeding were recorded. D-di-mer tests were respectively done on the second and seventh postsurgical days, and the results were compared.ResultsThe incidence of DVT was 2.3% in rehabilitation 1 group, was 16.3% in rehabilitation 2 group andwas 14.6% in control group. The value of D-dimer in rehabilitation 1 group and in control group was decreased（P〈0.05）,and the value of D-dimer in rehabilitation 2 group was not apparently decreased（P〉0.05） Conclusion Rehabilitation therapy and Danggui Shaoyao Herbal Powder can prevent deep venous thrombo-sis following hip fracture surgery in extent.
