用CONSORT声明(2010)评价随机对照试验的质量

摘　　要：目的:应用CONSORT声明(2010)评价2013年2月—2014年11月年度发表于检验、药学、麻醉、肛肠专业相关的20篇随机对照试验(RCT)评价报告质量。方法:应用PUBMED检索2013—2014年度发表于各刊物的中文随机对照试验共20篇,采用CONSORT声明(2010)进行质量评价。结果:检索的20篇RCT文献中,没有1篇严格遵照CONSORT声明(2010)条目规范报告随机对照试验。结论:目前随机对照试验报告质量偏低,有必要在相关期刊上大力推广并采用CONSORT声明规范随机对照试验的报告,以期临床试验报告规范不断完善。ObjectiveTo evaluate the quality of randomized controlled trials those were published in litera-tures on the Journals of medical examination, pharmacy, anesthesia and anorectal surgery from February 2013 toNovember 2014 using the CONSORT statement（2010）.Methods20 literatures of The Chinese randomizedcontrolled trials（RTCs） indexed in Pub Med were searched and evaluated by using CONSORT statement.ResultsNone of total 20 papers was according to the standard of CONSORT statement to report.ConclusionIt is necessary to promote the using of CONSORT statement on the evaluation of the quality ofRCTs in order to improve the standardization of clinical experiment reports continuously.
