摘　　要：目的:描述胰腺小实性-假乳头状瘤(SPTP)在多层螺旋CT上的影像特征。方法:回顾分析经手术、病理证实的13例小SPTP多层螺旋CT表现,总结其影像特点。结果:13例小SPTP平均长径约2.3 cm,影像特征圆形9例,卵圆形3例,分叶状1例;纯实性11例,实性合并小囊2例,边缘光滑12例,不规则1例;边界清楚9例,模糊4例;包膜存在3例;钙化3例;均匀强化7例,不均匀强化6例;胰管扩张2例;胰腺实质萎缩1例。结论:小SPTP与大的典型SPTP影像特征不相同,大多表现为纯实性结节,边界锐利,渐进性强化,对于邻近胰腺实质缺乏继发性改变。Objective To study the manifestation of small solid pseudo-papillary tumors of pancreas（SPTP）on multi-slice spiral CT（MSCT）.MethodsTo analyze the manifestation of 13 cases on MSCT in patients withsmall SPTP conformed by operation and pathology retrospectively, and to summarize the imaging characteristicsof small SPTP.ResultsThe average length of diameter of these small SPTP was about 2.3 cm. The imagingshapes of these tumors were round（9）, ovoid（3）, lobulated（1）, purely solid（11）, solid with a minor cystic component（2）, smooth border（12）, irregular border（1）, sharp margin（9）, indistinct margin（4）, presence of encapsulation（3）,calcification（3）, homogeneous enhancement（7）, non-enhancement（6）, dilated pancreatic duct（2）, and atrophy ofthe pancreatic parenchyma（1） respectively.ConclusionThe small SPTP have their solitary imaging featuresthat these are usually appeared as solid lesions with sharp margins and gradual enhancement with lacking sec-ondary change to the neighboring pancreatic parenchyma.
