海南粮食自给率影响因素研究

摘　　要：对粮食的范围及粮食自给率的概念进行了界定,并分析了中国粮食自给率的概况;其次结合中国整体粮食自给率状况,研究了近年海南省粮食自给率的影响因素,从粮食产量和消费量两个角度对海南粮食自给率的影响因素进行了探讨;最后结合国家相关政策从提升自然灾害的防范力度、加快建设高标准基本农田、推进农村土地的流转、安排合理的种植结构、引导居民的消费结构等方面给出了提高海南省粮食自给率的建议,予维持海南省粮食安全以参考。Firstly,the article defined the scope of grain and the concept of grain self-sufficiency ratio,and analyzed Chinese grain self-sufficiency ratio. Then the article studied about the factors affecting Hainan Province＇s grain self-sufficiency ratio in recent years from two respects of grain production and consumption. What＇s more,according to national policy,the article also gave some suggestions on how to increase grain self-sufficiency ratio in Hainan Province by strengthening the prevention of natural disasters,accelerating the pace to construct basic farmland of high standard,promoting rural land circulation,reasonably arranging planting structure and guiding the consumption structure of residents to give references to maintain the grain security.
