摘  要:明确相关力学性能与力学破坏之间的关系,建立和健全相关标准对聚乙烯燃气管道的健康发展至关重要。在定向钻孔技术安装聚乙烯燃气管时,在计算允许牵引力和牵引长度时,使用与牵引速度相当的速度条件下得到的拉伸强度和屈服应力作为依据。冲击强度和Bell法耐环境应力开裂试验与聚乙烯燃气管的实际应用关系不大。It is essential for the healthy development of polyethylene gas pipe to clear the relationship between the mechanical properties and mechanical damage and to establish and improve standards. When computing allowed traction and traction length in the installation polyethylene gas pipe by using the directional drilling technology, the tensile strength and yield stress which are obtained at a comparable rate with the traction speed are used as the basis. The impact strength and Bell resistance to environmental stress have little relationship with the mechanical damage of polyethylene gas pipe in the practical application.
