摘  要:通过示差扫描量热分析仪(DSC)、高温凝胶渗透色谱仪(GPC)和万能拉伸实验机等表征了PE-RT Ⅰ(DX800)和PE-RT Ⅱ (QHM22F)专用耐热聚乙烯管材树脂结构与性能的差异性.研究表明,QHM22F与DX800结晶度、摩尔质量及其分布基本相同,但QHM22F高摩尔质量(Mw>105 g/mol)级分的质量分数高于DX800;QHM 22F厚片晶部分的片晶厚度和质量分数比DX800高,而系带分子链的数目比DX800少.The differences in the structure and property of special resins for raised temperature resistant polyethylene pipes of PE-RT I (DXS00) and PE-RT II (QHM22F) were analyzed by differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), high temperature gel permeation chromatograph (GPC) and tensile testing machine. The results show that the crystallinity, molar mass and its distribution of DX800 and QHM22 are almost the same. However, QHM22F has a larger amount of high molar mass fraction (Mw〉10^5 g/mol) compared with DX800. The lamellar thickness of thicker crystals and weight content of QHM22F are higher than that of DX800, but the amount of tie molecules of QHM22F is less than that of DX800.
