摘 要:针对于常规相间功率控制器静态移相和调节过程产生功率振荡等问题,在电压注入型相间功率控制器结构的基础上,将其移相功能由电压源换流器实现,构成移相角度连续可控的动态可控相间功率控制器(DCIPC)。建立dq0坐标下的DCIPC数学模型,阐述电压源换流器的控制方式并采用间接电流控制策略实现对电压源换流器的控制,通过对PWM调制比M及移相角δ进行控制,平稳连续地改变电压源换流器的注入电压,从而实现带IPC联络线功率及电压的调节。以经带DCIPC联络线相连的两机系统为例,验证了DCIPC能够实现连续有效调节线路功率和电压的功能。Considering the issues of static phase shift and power oscillation of the conventional IPC,according to the analysis of the voltage injection interphase power controller,the voltage source converter is combined with Interphase Power Controller with Voltage Injection. Dynamic controlled interphase power controller is constituted where the phase shift transformer is replaced by the voltage source converter. DCIPC mathematical model is established under dq0 coordinates. The control mode of the voltage source converter is described and analyzed. At the same time,by using indirect current control strategy in the control of PWM modulation ratio M and phase angle δ,the injection voltage of voltage source converter is changed smoothly and continuously,thus power and voltage on the line with IPC are controlled. As an example of the system connecting two machine by DCIPC in line,the control of power and AC voltage on the line is verified.
