摘 要:在全断面岩石隧道掘进机(TBM)的掘进作业工况下,液压系统面临着基础振动的不良外界条件,对蓄能器的动态特性会产生不利影响。为优化蓄能器动态特性,建立了基础振动条件下的蓄能器动态特性分析数学模型,并运用Matlab/Simulink平台建立了仿真模型,研究结果表明:当系统压力波动频率与基础振动频率相同时,蓄能器内压波动幅值会随着基础振动幅值的增大呈线性关系增大,也会随着基础振动频率的增大呈指数关系增大;减小充气体积会降低蓄能器内压波动幅值;相位差会随着基础振动频率、幅值的增大而呈多项式关系增大。当两种频率不同时,增大基础振动幅值或频率都会增大蓄能器内压波动幅值,但前者影响更为显著。In the tunneling conditions of Full Face Rock Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) , the hydraulic system is facing adverse external conditions of foundation vibration, this will cause adverse effect on the dynamic characteristics of accumulator. This paper established a mathematical model for the analysis of dynamic characteristics of accumula- tor under the conditions of foundation vibration, and used Matlab/Simulink to build the simulation model. The results of the study show that: when the frequency of system pressure fluctuation is equal to the frequency of foundation vi- bration, the amplitude of pressure fluctuation of accumulator will increase with the increasing of foundation vibration amplitude with linear relationship, it will also increase with the frequency of foundation vibration with exponential re- lationship, reducing the initial inflatable bulk will help to reduce the amplitude of internal pressure fluctuation of ac- cumulator; the phase difference increases with the rise of the frequency and amplitude of foundation vibration with polynomial relationship. When the two frequencies are not the same, increasing either the amplitude or frequency of foundation vibration will help to increase the amplitude of internal pressure fluctuation of accumulator, but the influ- ence of the former is more significant.
