摘 要:针对在无线资源有限的情况下,如何有效率且公平实现无线资源管理的问题,提出一个能够满足绝大多数用户需求的资源管理机制。上述机制能先判断连接请求设备是否需要实时的服务,在超时之前对需求作处理。为了避免浪费系统资源,若是请求设备处于信号环境不好的状态,则其需求有较大的概率而被放弃掉,且重视公平性问题,不会有长期占有资源或者等待超时不被服务的情况,以期达到服务质量的保证。仿真结果表明,文中所提算法在运行时间效率明显上优于传统的管理算法。To achieve the management of radio resource efficiently and fairly with the limited radio resources, a resource management mechanism was put forward to meet the demands of most users which can determine whether the real -time services is necessary to connect the request equipment and deal with the demands before the timeout. To avoid wasting system resources, if the request device is put in a poor signal environment, its demands will be aban- doned with large probability. And to attach importance to the fairness, there will not be an occupying the resources for a long time or a wait timeout without being served to guarantee the quality of service. The simulation results show that the algorithm proposed in this paper is obviously better than the traditional management algorithm in the efficien- cy of running time.
