摘　　要：大断面硐室通常采用分台阶作业法施工,文章在分台阶施工工艺论述的基础上,对提高施工速度的措施进行了分析,指出选择适宜的施工机械,按照适当的施工顺序,采用合理的组织管理模式,可以降低工人劳动强度的同时,充分调动作业人员的主观能动性,提高施工速度。Construction on steps is commonly used for large cross-sectional chambers. The paper introduces the construction technology and analyzes the measures which could increase the construction speed. The paper points out, by selecting suitable construction machinery, following suitable construction sequence, and adopting proper management pattern, we could reduce the working load, stimulate staff initiative, and improve the construction speed.
