摘 要:目的:探讨磁共振腕关节扫描时两种不同体位的应用。方法:38例腕关节扫描患者分别采用俯卧肢体上举位及仰卧自然放置位进行3.0T磁共振扫描,扫描序列包括:横轴位、冠状位和矢状位的FS-PDWI,横轴位和冠状位的TSE-T1WI序列,分析两种体位的检查成功率及图像质量。结果:较年轻、活动便利且身材较胖者采用俯卧肢体上举位较佳;年龄大、活动不方便或身材偏瘦者更适于采用仰卧自然放置位。结论:腕关节磁共振扫描时应根据患者实际情况采取不同扫描体位,使患者能耐受检查,为影像诊断提供有价值的图像。Objective:To investigate the position of patients when their wrist joints were examined by 3.0T MR scanner.Methods:Thirty-eight cases received wrist joint MRI examinations were performed with prone arm upward position or supine arm sideway position.The axial and coronal plans were scanned by FS-PDWI and TSE-T1 WI sequence,the sagittal plan were scanned only by FS-PDWI sequence.3.0T MR scanner was used for every patient.The success rate and image quality were compared between two positions.Results:The prone arm upward position was suitable for the young,fat or those flexible to move.The supine arm sideway position,however,was more suitable for the older,lean or those inconvenient to move.Conclusion:The position for wrist joint MRI examination should be chosen based on the condition of patients and in favor of tolerance and image quality.
