红景天治疗高原性脱发的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察红景天胶囊在治疗高原性脱发中的临床疗效及副作用。方法:将245例临床确诊为高原性脱发的患者随机分为3组,用双盲法做治疗,实验组用红景天胶囊,对照组用复方甘草酸苷片,安慰剂组用安慰剂。用药1个月后观察3组脱发区毛发的生长情况,每月1次,共3次。结果:实验组在脱发区毛发的改善程度较对照组有显著性差异(P<0.05),且未见不良反应的发生,但安慰剂组无一人脱发区毛发见改善。结论:在高原性脱发的治疗中,红景天胶囊是一种临床疗效确切、且安全的理想药物。Objective：To observe the efficacy of hongjingtian capsule therapy on alopecia at high altitude.Methods：A total of 245 patients with alopecia at high altitude were divided into three groups and doubleblind treatment were used in this study.The experimental group were treated with hongjingtian capsule and the matched group were treated with compound glycyrrhizin tablets,the placebo group were treated with placebo.The hair growth of hair loss area were observed after a period of one-month therapy in three groups,once a month,in 3rounds.Results：The results showed that the hair growth of hair loss area improvement in hongjingtian capsule group were better than those in compound glycyrrhizin tablets group,but no hair growth of hair loss area improvement were obeserved in the placebo group,there were significant differences in efficacy（P〈0.05）.No side-effect occurred.Conclusion：Hongjingtian capsule is an effective and safe medicine in the treatment of alopecia at high altitude.
