摘 要:在正交、单因素实验基础上,以H_2O_2投加量、H_2O_2/FeSO_4物质的量比及FeSO_4/K_2C_2O_4物质的量比为自变量,COD_(Cr)去除率为响应量,利用Box-Behnken实验设计对UV/H_2O_2/草酸铁体系去除聚糖-木质素钻井液废液COD的条件进行优化。结果表明:在优化实验条件H_2O_2加量0.75%(体积分数),H_2O_2/FeSO_4物质的量比为3.0∶1,FeSO_4/K_2C_2O_4物质的量比为2.5∶1下,经UV/H_2O_2/草酸铁体系处理后聚糖-木质素钻井液废液的COD_(Cr)去除率为70.51%,与预测值72.08%接近。On the basis of orthogonal and single factor experiments, dosage of H2O2, the molar ratio of H2O2/ FeSO4 and FeSO4/K2C2O4 were independent variables, and the removal rate of CODcr was response to a quan- tity, Box-Behnken experimental design was used to optimize the conditions of removing CODcr of chitosan-lig- nin drilling fluid by uv/nEOE/ferric oxalate complex system. The results show that when dosage of HEO2Was 0. 75%, the molar ratio of H2O2/FeSO4 was 3.0, and the molar ratio of FeS0JK2C2O4 was under 2. 5, the removal rate of CODcr was up to 70. 51% after the complex system of UV/HEO2/ferric oxalate treating the chi- tosan-lignin waste drilling fluid. Meanwhile, the real removal rate of CODcr was close to the predictive value of 72. 08%
