摘　　要：城市路灯遍布城市大街小巷,路灯因下雨漏电,导致行人触电悲剧时有发生,路灯的安全可靠让人担忧。本文通过对路灯常用接地形式TT系统和TN-S系统的分析指出,悲剧产生的罪魁祸首不是下雨,而是设施本身就存在安全隐患。只要正确使用接地保护系统,路灯是可以安全可靠运行的。City lights spread all over the city streets.Street light leakage because of rain leads to an electric shock tragedy from time to time.So street lights＇ safety and reliability are worrying.By analyzing lights commonly used grounding form：TT system and TN-S system,this paper points out that the tragedy of the culprit is not the rain,but the facilities where there are some hidden trouble.As a result,street lights are safe and reliable to operate as long as people use grounding protection system correctly.
