摘 要:采用实验生态的方法研究了重金属离子、温度和盐度对波纹巴非蛤胚胎发育的影响。研究结果表明,Cu^(2+)、Zn^(2+)、Cd^(2+)和Pb^(2+)等4种重金属离子对胚胎发育均有明显的抑制作用,表现为胚胎孵化率降低和畸形率上升,毒性大小依次为:Cu^(2+)>Zn^(2+)>Cd^(2+)>Pb^(2+),4种金属离子的EC50值分别为83.29、184.32、230.00、239.04 ng/m L;波纹巴非蛤胚胎发育的适宜温度为24~30℃,最适生长温度为27~30℃;适宜盐度为27~33,最适盐度为30。波纹巴非蛤胚胎发育对水温和盐度的适应性体现了其暖水种和狭盐性特点。研究结果可为波纹巴非蛤人工育苗提供技术依据。Effects of heavy metal ions,temperature and salinity on the embryonic development of undulated surf clam,Paphia undulate were studied by using the method of experimental ecology. The main results were shown as follows: 1) Four kinds of heavy metal ions showed an obvious inhibitory effect on embryos. The four metals were arranged as Cu^2+〉 Zn^2+ 〉Cd^2+〉 Pb^2+in order of toxicity,and the EC50 values of four kinds of metal ions were 83. 29,184. 32,230. 00,239. 04 ng / m L,respectively. 2) The optimum temperature and salinity for embryonic development were 24 - 30℃ and 27 - 33 respectively,while the best ones were 30℃ and 30 respectively. These results would provide a technological basis for the artificial seedling of the undulated surf clam.
