摘 要:目的:研究鹅掌楸叶挥发油化学组成。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取鹅掌楸叶挥发油,并通过GC-MS技术分析鉴定,峰面积归一化法计算各组分相对含量。结果:首次从鹅掌楸叶挥发油中分离、鉴定出59种化学成分,占其挥发油总量的83.81%,主要成分有(Z)-罗勒烯、β-榄香烯、2,2'-亚甲基双-(4-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚)、1-石竹烯等。结论鹅掌楸叶挥发油中具有多种活性成分和较高应用价值。OBJECTIVE: To analyze the chemical constituents of volatile oils from leaf of Liriodendron. METHODS:The oil was extracted by steam distillation. The chemical compounds were identified by GC- MS and the relative content of the compounds were determined by peak area normalization method. RESULTS: Fifty- nine compounds were identified from the volatile oil,which occupied 83. 81% of total constituents. The main components were( Z)- ocimene,β- elemene,2,2'- Methylenebis( 6- tert- butyl- 4- methylphenol),caryophyllene,etc. CONCLUSION: A variety of active ingredients with high application value were found in the volatile oil from the leaf of Liriodendron.
