摘　　要：将软件研发项目需求管理、复杂性、风险管理的相关理论结合起来,探求软件研发项目需求复杂性与项目风险之间的路径关系和作用机理,并就如何促进软件研发项目需求阶段的高效运作提出建议。The paper intends to explore the mutual relation between demand complexity and project risk in software development process as well as mechanism of their interaction,by employing three major theories synthetically： complexity theory,demand management theory and risk management theory. Based on the theoretical discussion,solution is proposed to enhance the efficiency of software development during the demand analysis phase in the environment with high uncertainty.
