摘 要:选取长三角和珠三角经济圈24个城市2006—2012年间的面板数据,运用熵权法与联系度改进TOPSIS法对"双三角"区域能源效率进行动态评价,并对其能源效率差距变化进行收敛性分析。结果显示,长三角区域的能源效率普遍高于珠三角区域;"十一五"期间,"双三角"能源效率呈小幅度波动,2010—2012年两大区域能源效率出现剧烈波动且有差距扩大之势;地区能源效率差异明显,但"双三角"整体及两大区域城市内部皆有显著的绝对收敛和条件收敛趋势,珠三角比长三角更快达到城市内部稳态水平。Selecting panel data for 24 cities in the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta economic circles from2006 to 2012,this study employs the entropy method and the improved TOPSIS method of connection degree to dynamically evaluate the regional energy efficiency of Double Triangle Deltas and analyses its convergence on energy efficiency gap changes. The results show that,regional energy efficiency of the Yangtze River Delta is generally higher than that of the Pearl River Delta. During the period of "11th five- year plan",energy efficiency of Double Triangle Deltas presents slight amplitude fluctuations,but energy efficiency fluctuation of both regions in 2010—2012 is more severe with the widening gap potential. Regional difference is apparent though there are significant trends of absolute and conditional convergence in the two regional inner cities and the whole level. The Pearl River Delta is faster to achieve urban internal steady level than the Yangtze River Delta.
