摘  要:目的探讨可吸收聚乙醇酸材料奈维应用于胸腔镜下肺减容术对于患者术后并发症的发生和恢复情况的影响,为临床治疗提供理论依据。方法回顾性分析60例在我院行胸腔镜下肺减容术的肺气肿患者病例资料,根据当时手术方法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例,其中对照组使用直线型切割缝合器,而观察组则在直线型切割缝合器的基础上加用可吸收聚乙醇酸材料奈维补片,观察两组术中与术后气体溢出、术中渗血及拔管时间等方面的不同。结果观察组术中创面漏气、渗血和术后漏气情况均优于对照组(P<0.05),拔管时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在胸腔镜下肺减容术中应用奈维,能够明显减少术后并发症的发生,促进患者恢复,是一种值得应用的加固材料。Objective To explore the application of absorbable material of polyglycolic acid-Neville to lung volume reduction surgery (LVRS) under thoracoscope and its influence on postoperative incidence of complications and recovery in order to provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment. Methods A retrospective analysis was made in the case data of 60 patients with emphysema receiving LVRS under thoracoscope. According to the operation methods those cases were divided into control group and observation group with 30 ones in each group. The control group was treated by linear cutting and stitching instrument, while the observation group was treated by Neville patch besides the linear cutting and stitching instrument. Observation was made in the differences of postoperative gas overflow, hematopedesis, and extubation time between the two groups. Results The incidence of perioperative wound surface air leakage, errhysis, and postoperative gas overflow in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P 〈 0.05), and its extubation time was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The application of Neville to LVRS under thoracoscope can obviously reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and promote the patients' recovery. This material is worthy of application.
