摘 要:目的探讨持续质量改进措施对降低增强CT检查中碘对比剂发生渗漏的影响。方法 2012年成立质量控制团队,建立技护岗位质量控制链,科学设置质量控制预期目标,设计质量控制工具与表单,制定护理要点,比较实施持续质量改进前(2011年)、后(2013年、2014年)CT增强扫描中对比剂静脉渗漏的发生情况。结果与2011年实施质量改进前相比,2013年CT增强扫描中对比剂静脉渗漏率显著降低(P<0.05),2014年进一步下降,表明实施持续质量改进后,对比剂渗漏率明显降低,达到预期目标。所有对比剂静脉渗漏经及时处理后肿胀均消退,无严重并发症。结论实施持续质量改进能明显降低CT增强扫描中静脉渗漏的发生,确保了患者检查的安全,值得CT室推广应用。Objective To discuss the effects of continuous quality improvement project (CQIP) on decreasing iodine contrast extravasation during enhanced CT scanning. Methods In 2012, CQIP was established in order to set up quality control chain for technique-nursing, design tools and forms on quality control, and formulate nursing point. Comparison was made in the invavenous extravasations of CT scanning contrast before the improvement (2011) and after the improvement(2013 and 2014). Results Compared with the rate of intravenous extravasation in 2011, that in 2013 was significantly decreased (P〈0.05) and in 2014 was further decreased, which indicated that after the CQIP the rate of intravenous extravasation decreased and reached to the expected goal.After timely treatment, the swelling caused by contrast extravasation was absorbed and vanished, and no severe complications occurred. Conclusion Implementation of continuous quality improvement project is able to reduce intravenous extravasation of CT scanning contrast and guarantee the security of the patients. This project is worthy of clinical promotion.
