经口腔前庭腔镜甲状腺切除术的护理配合

摘　　要：目的总结经口腔前庭入路腔镜甲状腺切除术的护理配合要点。方法回顾性总结2012年9月至2014年7月暨南大学附属第一医院行经口腔前庭人路腔镜甲状腺切除术的41例患者的临床资料及手术配合细节。结果41例患者手术过程顺利，无中转开放，术中出血少；术后1～3个月随访，患者口腔及咀嚼功能正常，口腔内黏膜伤口均I期愈合，瘢痕不明显。结论协助患者做好术前准备、合理布置手术间、熟悉局部解剖和手术步骤、正确掌握器械的配备与使用、术中准确默契的配合是经口腔前庭人路腔镜甲状腺切除术得以安全、顺利开展的重要保障。Objective To summarize the nursing cooperation of transoral-vestibule endoscopic thyroidecto- my.Methods Clinical data of 41 cases were analyzed retrospectively.Results All 41 cases operations were smoothly accomplished without conversions to open surgery,less bleeding during operation, and followed up for 1--3 months.The oral wound healed at the first grade, with concealed incision and beautiful appear- ance.Conclusion Assisting the patients to prepare before surgery,well arrangement of the operation room, familiar with the local dissection and surgical steps, handle the equipments correctly and good cooperation during surgery are the key elements to guarantee the safe and success surgery.
