摘　　要：目的探讨游离股前外侧皮瓣修复术患者的围术期护理。方法回顾性分析33例皮肤缺损患者的临床资料,总结其围术期护理经验。结果本组33例行游离股前外侧皮瓣修复术的患者皮瓣全部存活,伤口愈合良好,功能恢复良好。结论科学细致的围术期护理在游离股前外侧皮瓣修复术的治疗过程中至关重要,对术后减少手术并发症及术后康复均起到较好的促进作用。Objective To discuss the perioperative nursing of free transplantation of anterolateral femoral skin flap repair.Methods Clinical data of 33 cases were analyzed retrospectively, and the nursing exprienc- es were concluded.Results All flap survived,the wound healing well and the function recovery gradually. Conclusion Scientific and thoughtful perioperative nursing is important to the operative result for reducing complication and benefit for function recovery.
