摘  要:目的:探讨胆固醇在急性上消化道出血患者中的代谢变化情况,分析两者之间的关系。方法:观察组选取我院80例急性上消化出血患者,并按出血量分为轻中度上消化道出血患者和消化道大出血患者。对照组选择30名健康志愿者。空腹下采集血样,分析各组血浆中总胆固醇(Total cholesterol,TC)、低密度脂蛋白(Low density lipoprotein,LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(High density lipoprotein,HDL)、烯胆烷醇、麦固醇、菜油甾醇及鲨烯水平的变化。结果:急性上消化道出血患者血浆中TC、LDL、烯胆烷醇、麦固醇及菜油甾醇较对照组均显著降低(P<0.05),鲨烯水平变化不大,而HDL水平仅在消化道大出血组与对照组差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:低胆固醇血症也存在于急性上消化道出血患者,可能与胆固醇合成吸收紊乱密切相关。Objective:To investigate the changes of cholesterol metabolism in acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage patients and analyze the relationship between them.Methods:Eighty cases of acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage patients in our hospital were selected in the observation group.And they were divided into mild to moderate hemorrhage of upper digestive tract and massive hemorrhage of gastrointestinal bleeding.The control group contained 30 healthy volunteers.Collect the fasting blood samples and analyze the changes of plasma TC,LDL,HDL,cholane,sitosterolum,sitosterolum and squalene levels.Results:The plasma TC,LDL,cholane,sitosterolum and sitosterolum levels were significantly lower in patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding(P〈0.05).There was little change in the level of squalene,while the HDL level only in the massive hemorrhage of gastrointestinal bleeding group were significantly lower(P〈0.05).Conclusions:Hypocholesterolaemia also exists in patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding,and may be closely related to the synthesis of cholesterol absorption disorders.
