摘 要:以对羟基苯甲醛、硫酸二甲酯为原料,通过烷基化、还原两步反应合成对甲氧基苯甲醇,控制烷基化反应在碱性条件下进行,硫酸二甲酯与对羟基苯甲醛的摩尔比控制在1.02~1.04之间,还原反应选用水作为反应溶剂,并选用硼氢化钠作为催化剂,操作条件温和。两步反应结果显示,对甲氧基苯甲醇的含量为98.4%,总产率为79.8%。该合成工艺操作简单、原料价格优势明显、成本可控,适合工业化放大生产。In this paper,the two step reaction of the synthesis of 4-methoxybenzyl chloride,dimethyl sulfate and dimethyl sulfate as raw material.Throug two step reaction of alkylation and reduction in the synthesis of methyl phenyl formaldehyde.Controlled alkylation reaction in alkaline condition.The molar ratio between two methyl ester and methyl benzene formaldehyde in 1.02~1.04.Reduction reaction using water as the reaction solvent.And sodium sodium hydride as the catalyst.Operating conditions are easy.Two step reaction result display,the content of methyl alcohol is 98.4%,thetotal yield is 79.8%.The synthesis process is simple,the price advantage is obvious,the cost can be controled.It is suitable for industrial production.
