工业文明是中国工业化的最大瓶颈

摘　　要：人类历史是一部文明进化史。广义的文明包括一个时代的经济基础和上层建筑,狭义的文明是指与一定生产方式相适应的文化,它是工业化所需要的文化,包括科学精神、产权意识、法制观念及企业家精神。中国工业化尚未完成,目前工业文明存在严重缺陷,已成为经济发展的最大瓶颈,其原因错综复杂。为推进工业化,需要国人共同努力,从思想观念、顶层设计、战略投资、法制建设、国内教育、两化融合等多方面发力。Human history is a history of the evolution of civilization. The generalized civilization includes economic base and super- structure of an era. The narrow sense of civilization refers to culture adapting to a certain pattern of production, which is needed in the industrialization process, including scientific spirit, property right consciousness, legal perception and enter- preneurial spirit. Chinese industrialization has not been completed. At present there are serious defects of industrial civilization, which has become the biggest bottleneck of economic development. The causes are perplexing. In order to promote industrialization, countrymen need to make efforts in ideological conception, top-level design, strategic investment, legal construction, domestic education and integration of industrialization and informatization and so on.
