一种新型重金属螯合剂处理垃圾焚烧飞灰的中试研究

摘　　要：采用苏州工业园区世普瑞环保科技有限公司合成的一种新型螯合剂(飞卡)对光大环保能源有限公司生活垃圾焚烧厂的飞灰进行处理并中试研究,结果表明:该螯合剂能有效地螯合飞灰中的多种重金属,并使二恶英类化合物解毒,螯合飞灰样品的浸出毒性指标稳定,基本上不受原灰样品波动的影响。螯合后飞灰的各项重金属的浸出毒性均低于GB 16889—2008标准中所规定的限值,符合卫生垃圾场的填埋进场条件。This pilot study adopted a new heavy metal chelator inventived by SIP SPRING Environmental Protection Technology Co. Ltd. to treat waste incineration fly ash produced by Everbright Environmental Protection Limited. The results showed. That the chelator can effectively chelate multiple heavy metals in fly ash, and degrade the toxicity of dioxin-like com- pounds. The indicators of leaching toxicity is stable, essentially unaffected by fluctuations in raw ash samples. The leaching toxicity of heavy mental in treated fly ash is lower than the limits of GB 16889--2008, and meets with the standards of waste sanitary landfill sites.
