摘　　要：分析了苏州市建筑垃圾的产生量、管理现状,以及建筑垃圾管理中存在的问题,提出了完善政策法规体系、建立属地化管理机制、应用物联网技术提高全过程管理效率、推进源头减量、提高终端资源化利用能力和水平等对策。The output and management of construction waste in Suzhou were analyzed, as well as the existing problems in construction waste management. And some countermeasures were put forward, such as improving the policy and regulation system, building localized management system, increasing the efficiency of whole process supervision by using the internet of things, promoting source reduction, and improving the capacity and level of resource utilization.
