大数据时代城市公共安全预警体系的构建

摘　　要：大数据标志着"信息时代"的到来,政府正是当代信息流的枢纽。城市公共安全预警在这个时代也有了全新的含义。当前,城市公共安全预警要面对的是搜集海量数据、分析杂乱无章的数据、重视事件之间的相关性、判断事物的宏观发展方向,因此,传统的管理模式已不合时宜。建立数据导向的公共安全预警体系,形成主动防御、积极联动,是保障城市公共安全的必然之举。Big data represents the ＂ information age＂ and the government is the hub of the contemporary information flow. In this era,city public safety warning has a new meaning. Currently,city public safety warning must face collecting huge amount of data,analyzing the chaotic data,valuing correlation between events,judging the macro direction of things. So,traditional management model has been outdated. Building data-orientation management of public safety warning system,and forming active defense and active linkage are the inevitable trend to protect the city＇s public security.
