摘　　要：在借鉴国内外学者前期研究的基础上,对生产性服务业的内涵、外延及其与制造业关系的相关理论进行简要综述,并从不同角度重点分析了生产性服务业与制造业交互作用的内在机理。On the basis of related prophase researches from international and domestic academics, this paper reviews the connotation and denota- tion of producer services, the relationship between producer services and manufacturing; besides, this paper emphasis the interactive mechanism between producer services and manufacturing.
