摘　　要：目的探讨鼻内镜手术对慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者症状和生活质量(quality of life,QOL)的影响。方法通过中文版医学结果研究短量36条(the Medical Outcome Study Short Form-36,SF-36)和汉化英文版鼻腔鼻窦结果测量20条(the Sino-Nasal Outcome Test-20,SNOT-20),对66例慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者术前、术后3个月和术后6个月进行随访调查,并对患者症状和生活质量的影响进行评估分析。结果经鼻内镜手术治疗,患者术后3个月,SF-36量表的心理健康、情感角色、活力、总体健康等4个维度的计分以及SNOT-20量表的20个条目总分与5大条目总分等指标均开始出现明显好转(P<0.05),其中影响健康最重要的5个问题依次为必须擤鼻涕、鼻涕向后流、头晕、缺乏高质量睡眠、面疼痛压迫感,术后6个月症状与QOL状态较术前均全面改善,指标显著提高(P<0.05)。结论功能性鼻内镜手术是治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎最有效的临床方法之一,合理的选择病人并对其实施合理规范的FESS手术可以极大的改善患者的症状,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the symptoms and quality of life（QOL） of chronic nasal sinusitis patitents after the functional nasal endoscopic surgery（FESS）. Methods By 36 Short form（SF-36） of the Medical Outcome Study in Chinese and 20 Nasal sinuses Outcome Test （SNOT-20） in English, investigating 66 cases with chronic Nasal sinusitis patients, analyzing the symptoms and quality of life before surgery, 3 months and 6 month after surgery respectively. Results Three months after surgery, scores of mental health, emotional role, vitality and general healtha etc were significantly improved by four dimensions of scoring, and total scores of 20 entries and 5 entries in SNOT-20 are heginning to show significant improvement （P〈0.05）. The five most important issues which affect the health were blowing his nose, nasal mucus flow backwards, dizziness, lack of quality sleep, facial pain and pressure. The symptoms and QOL at the sixth months after surgery were improved when compared to preoperative conditions （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Functional nasal endoscopic surgery is one of the most effective therapies in the treatment of Chronic rhinosinusits. Chosing patients reasonably and implementing standardized FESS surgery can greatly improve the patient＇s symptoms and the quality of lire.
