摘　　要：目的探讨256排CT对于小儿可疑气管、支气管异物诊断的临床价值。方法对30例怀疑气管、支气管异物的小儿行256排CT仿真支气管镜扫描,扫描数据经后处理重建,包括多平面重建、最小密度投影、仿真支气管镜和溶积再现。结果与气管镜下异物探查取出术中所见相对照。结果数据后处理的结果清晰显示异物的部位、大小形态及伴随征象,发现异物影28例,术中可视异物27例,1例为粘脓分泌物,诊断符合率为96.4%。结论 256排CT扫描及数据处理后重建对气管、支气管异物的诊断,准确率高,对可疑气管、支气管异物的诊断有重要价值。Objective To evaluate the clinical value of 256 row computer tomography in the diagnosis of suspicious airway foreign bodys in children. Method Thirty children of suspicious airway foreign bodys were examined by 256 row CT, The original scanning data were reconstructed with MPR MinP CTVE and VR. The results were compared with surgical findings. Resust The position, size,shape and accompanying signs of foreign bodys were clearly demonstrated by 256 row CT. Twenty-eight cases were diagnosed as foreign bodys in the airway by 256 row CT. Twenty-senven cases were confirmed as foreign bodys Purulent dischange was foonl in lease, The rate of conformed diagnosis was 96.4%. Conclusion 256 row CT can demonstrate the foreign body clearly and play an important role in the diagnosis of suspicious airway foreign bodys in children
