“城中村”居民生存境况的调查研究——基于宁夏银川市的调查数据

摘　　要："城中村"是城市建设急剧扩张、城乡二元管理体制共同作用的结果,是我国城市化高速进程中普遍存在的一种特殊地域现象。本文首先分析探讨了"城中村"居民的需求、生存状况、配套设施、社区和谐及政府城改的政策、机制等;然后对由城改引发的利益冲突,从而给社会保障运作等方面带来的困境进行了系统的分析和冷静思考;最后从优化机制方面提出建议,力求推进该项事业的顺利进程。The ＂village in city＂ is the result of the joint action of both rapid expanding urban construction,and the urban and rural dual management system.It is a special geographical phenomenon in the process of urbanization in China.In these areas,living conditions are relatively poor.This paper investigated several times from the December 2014 and August 2015.The paper firstly discusses the local resident＇s demands and living conditions,infrastructure and social security in the community,and the policies and mechanisms of transformation by the local government.The paper then systematically analyzes the interest conflicts during the transformation,as well as the consequences in the social security.The paper finally puts forward some suggestions on optimizing the mechanisms,striving to promote the sound development of the cause.
