摘　　要：医用高值耗材专业性强、品种繁多、规格复杂,是医院物资管理的重点和难点,并直接影响着医院的医疗安全、运营成本以及患者利益。我院在实施物流ERP系统中,通过流程优化,结合先进的信息技术,规范了医用高值耗材的采购、配送、消毒、使用、核算、追溯等一系列关键环节,实现基于物流ERP系统对医用高值耗材的精细化与闭环管理。High-profit medical consumables for highly professional, a wide variety and complex specifications, is the emphasis and difficulty of hospital material management. The management directly affects the hospital medical safety, operational costs and patients benefits. In the implementation of our hospital logistics ERP systems, with the help of the process optimization and advanced Information technology, we standardized a series of key link associated high-profit consumables, such as procurement, distribution, disinfection, use, accounting, retrospective, and achieved the fine and closed-loop management of high-profit consumables based on logistics ERP systems.
