摘　　要：传统的地籍信息以地籍调查信息为基础,结合地籍管理业务实施更新,与土地管理全过程业务关联不够紧密,信息使用效率需加强。运用数据整合的理论和技术,对地籍数据进行清理整合,在土地信息系统总体框架下开展地籍信息系统设计,实现全业务关联的图、文、档一体化地籍信息管理模式。在实践中,应用最新的GIS技术,探索三维地籍信息整合应用模式,进一步丰富了城乡一体化地籍信息系统的应用效果。Using the information integration theory and technologies to integrate and clean the cadastral data, we designed the cadastral information system in the overall framework of land information system, and realized the document integration cadastral information management mode of whole business association in this paper. In practice, we applied the new GIS technologies, and explored 3D cadastral information integration application model, and further enriched the application effect of the integration of urban and rural cadastral information system.
