摘　　要：针对北京市医疗资源空间分布特点以及老百姓看病难和医患关系矛盾突出等社会不稳定因素,以服务广大患者为根本宗旨,为医院和患者提供便捷的智能化移动医疗信息免费交互平台。基于Android和移动地理信息系统等技术,研究了智能移动终端医疗GIS服务系统的开发原理、系统构架以及关键技术,完成了系统在Android客户端的应用。应用表明,该系统在帮助患者正确选择医院医生、快速定位附近医院、解决陪护人员生活问题、提供健康信息以及患者间交流建设等方面具有良好的用户体验度和较高的实用性。In consideration of the spatial distribution characteristics of medical resources in Beijing, as well as the social demand such as the difficulties of ordinary people medical care and the contradiction in the doctor-patient relationship, this paper provided a convenient intelligent and free mobile medical information interaction platform for hospitals and patients. The system is to serve the vast number of patients originally, and helps the government to supervise the medical market. Based on Android and GIS, relating technologies such as development principle and system architecture, the paper implemented the intelligent mobile terminal medical self-service system. Practice shows that the system has a wonderful user experience and higher practicability on helping patients to select hospital and doctor correctly, locating nearby hospital quickly, solving life issues of patient escorts, providing the information of health and establishing platform communication between patients and so on.
