中小学体育教师职业生存状态研究——以河南省为例

摘　　要：中小学体育教师总体工作满意度较高,但对领导与管理、工作回报、专业培训现状以及学校体育物理环境四个方面满意度偏低;职业倦怠程度整体上偏低,工作怠慢相对突出;职业压力较大,主要压力源依次是职称晋升、教学本身、学校管理等。职业满意度、职业压力与职业倦怠呈正相关关系,三者均对其职业发展有一定影响。The overall job satisfaction is higher,but leadership and management,work reward,the present situation of professional training and the satisfaction of physical environment are relatively low.The level of occupational ennui on the whole is not high,but the working snub is relatively outstanding.Generally there is a high professional pressure,and the main sources are the title of technical post promotion,the P.E teaching and school management etc.The P.E teachers′job satisfaction,occupational ennui,occupational stress was positively correlated,and they have certain influence on the professional development.The consciousness of professional development is not strong and the ways of development are single.
