摘　　要：针对公众对于住房保障信息的需求,设计并实现了一个互联网城市住房保障数字地图系统。系统采用基于SOA架构的Web GIS技术,集成地理数据库、Web地图服务、RIA等技术。详细探讨了系统功能设计、地理数据库设计和ArcGIS程序设计。通过Flash Builder、Python、Java Script等程序设计,实现了浏览器端住房保障地图制图、信息查询和更新维护等应用。For satisfying the general requirements for housing security information, this paper designed an urban housing security digital map system. This system used Web GIS technologies based on SOA to integrate the geodatabase, the Web map services, and the rich internet application(RIA). And then, the paper discussed the system functional design, geodatabase design and Arc GIS programming design in details. The system functions, such as mapping, map navigation, spatial and textual query, and data update were implemented by Flash Builder, Python and Java Script programming.
