新疆伊犁儿童肺炎衣原体、鹦鹉热衣原体及沙眼衣原体血清抗体调查

摘　　要：目的调查新疆伊犁地区农村居住儿童肺炎衣原体、鹦鹉热衣原体及沙眼衣原体感染状况。方法采用WHO推荐的微量间接免疫荧光方法(mIFA)半定量分析儿童血清肺炎衣原体、鹦鹉热衣原体及沙眼衣原体IgG抗体,比较每种病原体在不同调查点及年龄组间阳性率差异。结果肺炎衣原体、沙眼衣原体及鹦鹉热衣原体人群血清IgG抗体阳性率分别为39.5%、2.1%及0。巩留县(40.8%)及昭苏县(44.4%)人群肺炎衣原体抗体阳性率明显高于伊宁市(32.4%)。性别、年龄及民族等差异无统计学意义。结论新疆伊犁农村地区儿童存在较高的肺炎衣原体抗体阳性率,沙眼衣原体阳性率较低。本调查没有检测到鹦鹉热衣原体抗体。To better understand the seroprevalence of Chlamydia pneumoniae,C.psittaci and C.trachomatis among agrarian school children in Yili Prefecture,micro-indirect immunoflorescence assays（mIFA）were used for testing IgG antibodies against C.pneumoniae,C.psittaci and C.trachomatis.Comparison of different areas,different age groups and different nationalities were performed using theχ2test using SAS software.Results showed that the average seroprevalence of C.pneumoniae,C.trachomatis and C.psittaci in children were 39.5%（305/777）,2.1%（16/777）and 0（0/777）,respectively.The seroprevalence of C.pneumoniaein Gongliu County（40.8%）and Zhaosu County（44.4%）were significantly higher than that in Yining City（32.4%）（P0.05）.No statistically significant differences were found between the male and the female groups and between the two age groups（6-9years old and 9-12 years old）and among the different minorities.Here we concluded that the positive rate of the antibody against C.pneumoniais quite high in the school children in the local areas investigated but the seroprevalence of C.trachomatisis was comparatively lower.No antibody of C.psittaciwas detected in this study.
