摘　　要：目的观察腹腔镜辅助小切口腹膜前间隙无张力疝修补术的临床应用效果。方法收集武汉市汉口医院2013年8月至2014年6月,23例施行腹腔镜辅助小切口腹膜前间隙无张力疝修补术患者的临床资料,观察手术时间,疗效及术后并发症等。结果 23例患者手术均获成功,未出现血管损伤,无阴囊水肿,随访10~18个月,无疝复发。结论腹腔镜辅助小切口行腹膜前间隙无张力疝修补术具有手术创伤小,并发症少,操作简单,适合在基层医院开展,是一种安全可靠的微创手术方式。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of laparoscopic-assisted small incision surgery on preperitoneal tension-free hernia repair. Methods A retrospective study was conducted to analyze the clinical data of 23 patients with inguinal hernia who underwent laparoscopic-assisted small incision surgery in Wuhan Hankou Hospital,from August 2013 to June 2014. Results All cases were successfully completed with surgeries,without any vascular injury or scrotal edema. No recurrence was found after 10 to 18 months follow-up. Conclusion Laparoscopic-assisted small incision surgery on preperitoneal tension-free hernia repair has the advantages of less trauma,less complications and being easy to handle. It is a safe and effective minimally invasive surgery,worthy to be popularized in primary hospital.
