摘　　要：为了提升对科技活动宏观调控的有效性，加强科技管理，进一步协调好科技管理与科技工作之间的关系，我们必须坚持科技管理体制创新理念，利用信息化发展优势带动科技管理体制创新，努力实现科技管理体制创新，满足科技长期持续发展的需要。In order to enhance the effectiveness of macro-control of scientific and technological activities, to strengthen the science and technology management, and further coordinate the relationship between science and technology management and technology work, we must adhere to scientific and technological management system of innovative ideas, promote the advantages of the use of information technology management development system innovation, efforts to achieve scientific and technological management system innovation, science and technology to meet the needs of long-term sustainable development.
