摘  要:用氯化锌浓溶液溶解天然植物纤维制备纤维素膜,研究了纤维溶解过程及膜制备工艺对纤维素膜透析性能的影响。探讨了氯化锌溶解纤维素制膜的最佳工艺条件:以针叶木浆粕为原料,在65%氯化锌溶液中溶解60~90 min,制备纤维质量比为2%的铸膜液,以常温下的水为凝固浴,凝固时间9min以上。另外,真空干燥一定程度上可以改变纤维素膜的通量与截留性能。对纤维和纤维素膜的XRD、SEM观察表明,纤维素在氯化锌溶液溶解过程中有晶型和结晶度改变。Cellulose membrane was made with plant fiber dissolved by ZnCI2 solution. Solution of fiber and preparation process of membrane was studied in order to get pattern affecting the dialysis of membrane. The best preparation technology was as followings: use NBKP as materials, 60-90 min for the dissolution of fiber, plant fiber take up 2%(w/w) in casting solution, use room-temperature water as coagulation bath, over 9 min for coagulation. Drying in vacuum could change the dialysis of the membrane in some degree. XRD and SEM was used in order to find the change of fiber in the dissolution with ZnCI2 solution. Results showed that the crystal type and the crystallinity of fiber changed in the solution.
